When organising a demonstration, event or gathering of persons, it is the organiser's responsibility to ensure optimum safety conditions for participants, the public and third parties

GEOS is responsible for the organisation and security management of the event:

• By carrying out a certain number of compulsory administrative procedures (prior declarations, applications for authorisation, etc.) with the competent administrative authorities;
• By providing professional advice on site security, which must be designed according to the sensitivity of the event and the number of participants expected;

• By organising the installation of the  establishments receiving the public (ERP) (pre-positioned emergency means, conformity of emergency exits, evacuation routes ...) in accordance with the regulations ;
• By designing and deploying a technical and human security, surveillance and guarding system, in particular for outdoor public events
